Booked a room for 3 and we were given a big spacious room. The staff were polite and friendly and did their best to help us with any problems despite us not knowing even a word of German. Bathroom was clean.

The location at Ku’damm was super convenient. The front desk team was very welcoming and accommodating to requests. The room was always clean and the housekeeping personnel friendly. The hotel gem: The spa is offering massage treatments by an excellent physiotherapist.

Great location and pleasant decor. Convenient underground parking, but numbr of places short and limited. Very friendly and helpful staff. (Martin is worth to recognize). Good breakfasts. Well-equipped room, incl. with a fridge

Place near Berlin Zoo, shopping street but at the same time - very calm for night rest. Tiergarten ir just 15 minutes on foot, comfortable to reach public transport if needed. Loved the room, bed is super comfortable, breakfast - great , you will find and 4 types of fresh yoghurt, seeds, cheese, many types of meat for sandwiches, hot meals for breakfast (loved pancakes), many types of morning desserts, coffee - amazing, but the coffee machine could be faster :) Hotel environment is beautiful, loved glass pictures and the style is at every room the same. Bath room is clean, comfortable, towels fresh and clean - loved everything. Loved the staff - at breakfast room staff work quickly, super polite and smiling) reception - best wishes and your are super awesome :) Thank you for breakfast to take away as we had to leave early, it was delicious and fresh, thanks for my special rye bread and cheese sandwich with brie :)

We had a split level 2 bedroom apartment with a fold out sofa bed downstairs with en-suite shower/toilet. Upstairs was super comfy king-size bed with large bathroom, 2 sinks, bath & shower - good storage space too. Great little kitchenette with hob, kettle and coffee machine. Word of warning quite a long staircase which was fine for us but maybe not for young children. Excellent staff, super friendly and helpful - a special mention to Andrea who was wonderful!

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The check in was smooth and we received enough room cards for all three of us. The terrace was a bit inconveniently placed but overall no issues. The room itself was spacious, clean and full of amenities like Nespresso machine and capsules, two TVs, dressing area and plenty of storage. Bathroom had all the hotel bits and pieces you need when you travel.

Excellent location, very close to metro, and railway station (Berlin ZOO), and close to a number of tourist attractions. Hotel is very bright, modern and it feels nice. Comfortable beds, spacious bathroom. Coffee machine and electric kettle in the room. There is a italian restaurant chain - Vapiano just round the corner. Lidl grocery shop is also next street.

The most what I liked is the location of this Hotel . It located at about 200 m from the shopping street - Kurfurstendamm. The place is very lively dotted with cafe , restro bar and street foods. There are great shopping options. The city ride buses are also available at walking distance from the hotel . The train station is about 10 mins walking distance from the hotel .
